    • Delivery delays
    • Sizing issues (as surplus sizes vary by brand)

All purchases are final.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchange only under the following specific conditions:

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

  • Received a wrong item
  • Clear size mismatch due to dispatch error

Exchange Terms:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 90711 66801).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping using a reliable courier with proper packaging.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of stock.

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that don’t meet these criteria.
